Our love for cooking and the need to find a way to harness our agricultural products 15 years ago, were the reasons that we started to process them for our family and later came the idea to produce on a larger scale, while maintaining the quality standards we set for all our products.
The selection, the processing and the pasteurisation of our products are done in the traditional way. The pasteurization helps to captivate the freshness without destruction of nutrients. When opening a jar, there is an immediate recall of tastes and smells from childhood.
