Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally until hot, then serve over hot cooked pasta.
Made in Crete in small batches with a soffritto of extra virgin olive oil, garlic and aubergines gently sautéed and simmered with delicious Cretan tomatoes.
